GWENT MG OWNERS CLUB

 Report

The day started with a meet at The Harvester in Pontypool. There was a total of only 8 cars from the club plus an Austin Metropolitan.
We arrived at Bailey Park and were lined up by the Stewards but unfortunately there was not enough space allocated to us to fit in the Austin so they started a new line. The weather was cloudy at first but soon brightened up for the rest of the day. Once again fan belt problems hit a midget and running repairs soon had the situation in hand with a new fan belt fitted. It was good that some new members came to the show without their cars and it was great to see them. Some of the visitors took our flyer, with the new web site and location on and say they are looking forward to the next meeting, so our numbers may swell even more. We need a stronger presence so please come to the next show and give us your support.
