GWENT MG OWNERS CLUB

Sunday started all wrong. A few of us arrived early (my fault) but this meant due to the bad weather we would have time to change cars.  The only nutter to use his classic car and arrive with his hood down, in the pouring rain, was Mr. Vitesse; apart from Francis & Beryl, although they arrived with the hood up. 

15 of us departed for the Brecon Beacons with rain coming down in buckets.  Phil thought we could do with a break to look at the lovely scenery in the pouring rain.

We departed again for Defynnog Old School House and we all had a smashing meal, and low and behold, such a shock, the sun came out and we all spent time outside chatting sat on the garden seats.  We all departed with plans afoot for next weekend as we get withdrawal symptoms when we don’t meet every weekend.

Plans are afoot to camp at Wroughton classic car show, even the girls, and we are also planning the new years holiday in the IOW.
